On September 14, the Energy Bureau of Guizhou Province issued the Notice on the Competitive Allocation of general Photovoltaic Power Station Projects in Guizhou Province in 2017 (hereinafter referred to as the Notice), which carries out the open competitive allocation of the new construction scale of photovoltaic power generation in 2017.

'Notice' clear, the annual photovoltaic power generation of the new construction scale of 300 megawatts, according to the 'National Energy Administration on the implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan of renewable energy development' requirements, in addition to the priority allocation of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects, the open competition allocation scale of 270 megawatts, allocation for comprehensive scoring competition.

At the same time, the applicant enterprises are required to register and participate in the competition according to the Implementation Measures for the Competitive Allocation of Ordinary Photovoltaic Power Station Projects in Guizhou Province (Trial). The same legal entity shall apply for more than 2 projects, and the scale of each project shall not exceed 30 MW. The application project must be approved by the Energy Bureau of Guizhou Province, carry out preliminary work documents or have been listed in the '2017 Guizhou Province photovoltaic, agricultural and forestry biomass power Generation Preliminary Work Plan'. Application enterprises must submit relevant application materials before September 22.
