Recently, the Qinghai Land and Resources Law Enforcement and Supervision General Team has carried out a special survey of land use for photovoltaic projects across the province in conjunction with the supervision of environmental protection supervision and the inspection of law enforcement, and verified the approval status of land use for photovoltaic projects in the province since 2013 together with the Agriculture and Conservation Office of the Qinghai Department of Land and Resources.

By the end of August 2017, the province had checked and sorted out 245 new energy photovoltaic projects with a total area of 281,300 mu, involving 171,000 mu of agricultural land and 0.08,000 mu of arable land. Among them, the land used for photovoltaic projects has been corrected and approved for 176 cases, and the remaining 69 land used for photovoltaic projects is being investigated and corrected. Haixi Prefecture and Hainan Prefecture were the major districts of land use for PV projects in Qinghai Province, which involved 213 projects, accounting for 86.94% of the total number of PV projects in the province, covering an area of 267,300 mu, or 95.02% of the total land use in the province.

By giving full play to the advantages of centralized law enforcement and promoting the concept of law enforcement service, the Corps actively strengthens the work communication with relevant departments and grassroots land and land departments.
