Good afternoon, everyone. I am very glad to be invited to this forum. Since 2016, I feel that some changes have taken place in the development of new energy in China, the most important of which is the development pattern of wind power and photovoltaic. Since the beginning of 2015, there has been a big change, the newly added photovoltaic installations began to exceed the wind power installations, and especially since the beginning of this year, a big change has taken place -- distributed development. In the first half of this year, distributed development has taken a positive change. Officially out of the implementation of the '13th five Year Plan' of some guidelines, the wind power, photoelectric indicators to do a clear.
In the first half of this year, the situation of photovoltaic power generation changed greatly. One is the newly installed installations, 630 this year and 630 last year. The newly installed capacity from the first to June of this year is higher than that of last year, but there is a difference between this year and last year. After June of last year, the newly installed capacity decreased in July.
But in July this year, there were still 10 million new photovoltaics. The following also lists the adjustment of electricity price. In fact, the reduction of electricity price is quite large, ranging from 80 to 65 cents, which is closely related to the adjustment of the electricity price policy. The second is that the transfer trend of photovoltaic development layout is very obvious. In fact, because of the original electricity price policy, in the northwest where the resource conditions are relatively good, the profit is quite large, so the original, including distributed, the 12th Five-Year Plan, the energy Bureau early promoted distributed, why can't it develop? I think there's a clear shift in development layouts, and that's reflected in this data. Especially from the new installed capacity, East and central China accounted for 56 percent of the total, the total new installed capacity of 56 percent.
The third feature is distributed. Distributed is indeed a bright spot this year. In terms of absolute installed capacity, it is about 3 times that of the same period last year. And six provinces added more than 1 million new installations.
